Call-Out & Diagnostic – $149 inc GST

When you book Aircon M8, you’re booking a proper diagnostic assessment — not guesswork.

Your visit includes:

• Travel within our standard Gold Coast service area
• Thorough inspection and fault finding
• Up to 30 minutes on-site assessment
• Clear explanation of the issue
• Fixed-price repair options before any work begins

In many cases, faults are minor (loose connections, incorrect settings, small electrical issues).

If the issue can be safely resolved within the included 30 minutes and no parts are required, we’ll fix it on the spot at no additional charge.

If parts or additional time are required, pricing is clearly explained and approved before proceeding.

After 30 minutes: $35 per 15 minutes (inc GST).

No work proceeds without your approval.

Standard conditions (fixed-price items):

• Like-for-like replacement (replacing an existing fitting in the same position without rewiring)
• Safe and reasonable access
• Existing wiring and mounting are serviceable

If anything unusual is found, we will explain and confirm pricing before proceeding.
